(1) You will receive 2 emails, after your purchase.

B : Email with your unique serial code to view the purchased content

(2) Access content page on Rakuten TV. (Click the link available in serial code email)

*Please use the web browser translation function for better understanding.

 

 

(3) Click the big red button shown on the right.

 

 

(4) Click the red tile that shows "To input page".

 

 

(5) Login with your Rakuten membership. If not registered yet, please create new membership, and login with your new membership.

*Creating new membership is free (English/Chinese is available for registration)

*When creating Rakuten membership, the mandatory fields are only Email address, Password, and Name. Other fields are optional.

 

(6) Once logged-in, enter the unique serial codes you have received via email on the right blank space, and click the red button.

*Please make sure you tick the box below of the space to consent with Rakuten TV's Terms and use.

*The supported devices shown below is only applicable for customers in Japan. For oversea usage, we only support PC web.

 

(7)You will be automatically redirected to the content page, and the color of the button will change to green if successful.
When the start time comes, a play button will appear on the player, click the play button and enjoy!

*Whenever you return back to Rakuten TV, you will be required to login based on your Rakuten Membership ID.
